Hi Oracleyoda, can you provide the legislation that says NST can't creep 3% every 6 months until 12 months has lapsed from them acquiring 19.6% of EAR. I can't find this in Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act. Will find out soon enough if NST was the buyeras they would would need to notify a change of holding of substantial shareholder within 3 business days of the purchase.
