    No clairvoyance needed, and no sprouting of hypotheticals..............pg 71 of the prospectus clearly points to this risk factor. TTI will call the shots when the time comes.

    I would think it highly improbable that such an iconic business would go out of business. (Tho our PE friends showed us anything is possible).
