I sense a restructure and possible RTO. They cant raise money on these assets, they will need to find something new. If it is a significant asset, the company MIGHT have to recomply with Ch 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules and that will most likely require the Company to crunch the number of shares on issue, for example, a 20:1 consolidation.
Just my thoughts.
