Eritrean govt introduced Shanghai CG to Chalice, so yes a big element of a forced sale. Although it could have been a whole lot worse.
I believe mgt are good at buying projects, good at management of the pre mine construction stage, good at communicating and the announcements are well illustrations and well worded, but not so good at selling them. Tough to find another bidder for an Eritrean project.
All will be crystallised later this week.
