Interesting phirang and I'm inclined to believe it. But why? Why can't CHN get it up and running just as quickly as the Chinese? Do the Eritreans want to get into bed with the Chinese to shore up their own sovereign security? Where does this leave CHN with regard to doing business in Eritrea. Anyway, a very interesting case this one.
