the delay could be because the contract needs to be translated into three languages, Chinese, Spanish and Mayish. Yes, the Board speaks their own language. Four full trading days left before the Board needs to come up with another excuse.
Since it's the silly season, I thought I'll help the board a little to help things move along with some translation.
Spanish. perro lo comió
Chinese. 狗吃了它
Mayish. The parties have agreed to target execution of the bindingdefinitive agreement by
December,2018. January 2019. Sometime2019, maybe.
