2/A recent news article indicated that Gunns was prepared to pay the club $650mil for the land and Gunns estimates $160mil to clean up the and get the plantations back in order,also it is prepared to pay $12mil for plant and machinary
3/PPPL had indicated they would not pay the banks ,but FH
4/The banks wanted to reduce the quota of votes below 50%,now why was that?
Was that because GTP had subsidary companies salted away in every tree scheme that was promoted each year?,case in point is a participant that is making a class action from S.A.on the special purpose company called Great Southern Export Company Pty.Ltd to acquire in 2004&05 the woodchip harvests for projects 1994&95.
Do the the banks have this control on the companies that are salted in the tree schemes?,and if they do is it at a % of the individual in each tree scheme?,and what is that percentge.?
5/If a company is liquidated,then why are not all the investors in ALL the schemes not voting for or against this process,---It is most stange indeed,cosidering that we other investors have the capability to throw a line to these investors who own the tree or crops on the leased land.
6/This let us hurry it up,where as before it was a relaxed $5mil a month walk in the park,let's me think things are afoot and something -speculation only is about to come to light.
7/What is the time line after the vote on stutuory limit to have to say it is liquidated?--90 days
8/What happens to the trees if the vote falls?,and no R.E.?, what can the club bank do?,the schemes gone
9/Me myself would only vote for Gunns if I was heavily invested in Gunns other plantations or shares,and or the club bank shares,and it would have to be my super to do that.
