    Yes saw that on the supplemental debt sheet. The other factor is that the debt being rolled over will go from favourable rates to high rates due to the gearing on the debt.

    If they can roll this over successfully, resolve the ASIC and class action cases quickly and structure a capital transaction that "unlocks" value as they claim to want to do and then just run their fundamentals of the business, things will look very bright for the company.

    Lets hope the outcome from the highly paid people at Moelis et al is just work hard on rolling over debt, dont sell assets and wait for the property held to regain value.

    This way we have time up our sleeves to see what happens during the property cycle and then maybe before the Debt for equity button is pushed we can renegotiate a strong lending deal to take the company forward.

    Yes I know a lot of ifs, but this is why I have taken the risk on board
