Got a letter in the post tonight from the administrator.

Surpirse, Surprise WM capital are now in no1 spot on the creditor status after paying out the bank of massachusetts.

They are seeking additional funding to maybe recapitalise - I wonder how much Mr Golden Fingers is earning atm.

I imagine based on the info provided if the administator doesn't pursue the directors, than some of the s/h will launch legal action - not sure if an adminstrator can be pursued?

I especially liked the MD's presentation in November in which there were no credit issues.

Profitable in September, by the chairman.

I still firmly believe that something fishy has gone on, and someone / somepeople are handing control of the company over to WM capital
