I dont think the management would be too upset
They will continue to be paid, and will more than likely end up with some bonus arrangement in the next year or so whilst changing employers
Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to see a "miraculous" turn around and see the company trade into profitability in the future.
As for ASIC by the time they start an investigation it will be far too late
