Well something is up, SP just reached $2.80, up 19 cents for the day so far which coincidentally was my buy in price approximately 2 years ago. Hopefully this will hold above your $2.76, but you'd think there is likely to be some profit taking.
The previous closing high as far as I can determine was back in April 2013 at $4.27 and we last closed above above $3 in March 2013.
