They have also been locked in "negotiations" for months to sell these, supposedly, valuable class B shares. Clearly they aren't worth what MEM thinks they are, otherwise they would have been well and truly sold before this point.

MEM doesn't have the money for any legal games. Maybe they are being bullied, but they don't have a strong hand with low cash in the bank. Cap raise would be on the cards if this goes on much longer. Again, they don't have a strong hand there either at a sub 1c SP.

Uncertainty here, and a long time to go.
