Is this a rinse and repeat cycle? Now that they have 98% of the shares they can sell them to the general public. When done confiscate them again and clear all debts! Run up more debts and repeat. Just blame the low uranium price. This beats a Dick Smith type of situation when the company is completely liquidated. The big boys have found a winner here. Some sort of perpetual cash machine.
