You are correct in that China will buy this for peanuts, but only the LH mine.imo
CHINA (not Kazakh) want to ''own'' the market and supply their own demand.
The China - Kazakhstan Co-operation Committee run by Wang Qishan ensured a rapid development of Kazakh U resources in order to decimate theU3O8 Sector, He is/was involved with HOPU and there is a link to AM through one, Fang Fenglei. Here is where I insert an unequivocal IMO even after doing extensive research. Someone likes to delete information that is or once was available in the public domain.
