    Thanks Kalmsg,

    Good news, i dont know if they will try and allocate the shortfall too hard then. They really only wanted to raise enough for UK, and any left over would be for working capital. They might even hold off and if WP or UK are successful, do a further placement for Tz when the time comes. I doubt they will have a problem raising funds for Tz.
