It seems BOA has their finger on the pulse, each time they release a sub holder notice, some type of news appears from PLA.
Production disruption again. It appears minor but to sell it off to 0.18 shows how weak this stock is.
Use some capital seal the bloody road, maybe then the local community may support you.
