100million shares would take the total SOI to 473 million, so whilst this is rather dilutive (22% or thereabouts) it would still leave the company in a position to increase it's SP significantly when the market turns. Would muich prefer the co to keep under the 400 million SOI mark, but in light of the headwinds what other options are there? Would $30million be enough though?
