there's no doubt that the deal they got is not 'golden' but think about it why would it have been, they were certainly not in a position of strength?? the deal is purely to get them out of the shite for the interim and allow them to restructure, grow the business and return something to shareholders.

I'm dare sure Morgan Stanley aren't going to invest this kind of coin into a sinking ship!
