    Lamb strikes me as a passionate and super smart CEO. Biggest weakness IMO is he just wants to start mining yesterday - has more operational experience than development. Good thing he's hired good people with solid development experience. SP close to 52-week lows so IMO not a bad time to consider buying in. I just topped up with a small parcel today.
