A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited (A.B.C.) requests a trading halt of its securities from the ASX to provide
a market update regarding media speculation around the potential sale of the Company’s UK business.
The Directors of A.B.C. are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
