Why so cheap? I wondered this.... and then I took a look at ICQ that as of late has been a complete bloodbath. I'm thinking that kind of dip in market cap for ICQ has spooked some LAA'ers. That said ICQ is still almost double the cap of LAA (Once it was almost 4X!) on pretty much the same revenues. I still think LAA is a better play.
