Unfortunately you won't get anywhere with Nova - can only speak what has ever been released by the company to date -just no fresh stuff is she licensed to provide and gets $120k a year to do it. Wow what a job. And in the meantime what are all their sales staff achieving? Haven't heard a thing about new contracts for years. If you can't achieve new sales lay them all off and cut the costs. I think there is some real work to be done here.
