    Are there any real corporate securities laws in Australia these days?

    I think the mods on HC do a better job than the regulator in policing what is said and behavior, they appear to be far more concerned about market confidence and market practices than the regulators who never seem to catch any fish.

    It seems that anything is allowed away from HC.
