However, the recent new issue at 5 cents struggled to get taken up and the underwriters were stuck with a bundle.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were off loading now and this will hold the price back for a bit. Not to mention the punters jumping ship for a small profit.

The whole market is nervous atm and taking profits is the game.
