Well aware of RG's antics and could read the last announcement like a book re stalling till the NSW government release.

Also, ROG have stated they are happy to sit on their 30% rights and not advance to 70%, more than likely due to funds available. Given that Clarence Moreton Resources hold the other 70% and have a subsidiary company (aka ERM), I'm sure Glen and Peter have plans to max out their intentions for the PEL.

That is, ROG are not on their own re development........
