    Starkode...for the last and hopefully helpful time...proportion is irrelevant.. BMR is intending to list at CAD$1 (prospectus) . There is is some speculation it may be CAD$1.20. HXG owns 2 million BMR shares. I can't tell you what the price is if/when HXG decide to sell. Value of shares to HXG = 2 million x sale price /AUDCAD ...END of STORY!~!!
