So we have had a fairly major volume alert today - 26m shares traded in MPJ, and more telling 36m over at MPJO.
Why the sudden rush?
I'd like to point out a small part of the latest drilling results ANN
That's today people.
And earlier in the announcement, they made the following statement:
The important part of this to understand is the following "... a significant portion of the mineralised interval may potentially have been removed at this location"
To me, this reads that the next round of assays could potentially include a higher % of nikel and copper.
MPJ holders have been patient, and I think it's important to note that Sarah Dowling seems to be an exceptionally prudent and thorough lead geologist. She is and has been taking her time to identify priority targets.
My gut feeling is this current (as of today) mobilisation of the diamond drill rigs will be the big one for MPJ holders.
