1. There is a reason why public companies must have at least 2 (of minimum 3) directors live in Australia. Why do you think this is? Yes it allows someone to live overseas but the difficulty in aligning time zones for meetings and interactions is onerous and does not benefit the company. Further, AdP is the CTO - he is still an officer of the company. As I said previously, his specialised skills are far better utilised in getting overseas up and running earlier than would otherwise happen if he was here and on the board. He is the CTO for a reason - he understands far more than you and I about the technology and is best placed to expand the business in the UK and US. He is presenting to large multi nationals in these huge markets and key contracts will underpin and confirm this strategic move. These huge markets will dwarf what we have here.
2. I am not sure that you read my point clearly if you ask what power play happened. It is all documented in the press for you to read. JB was perfectly suited to Australia for the last year or 2, but he has precious little experience and contacts in overseas markets. Andrew Dyer has this skill set.
3. Enough said about this but I will be surprised if it lasts one hearing if even it get there. Time for everyone to move on as there is no benefit to him or anyone except to show malice and to tarnish his legacy.
