If SMM prove disclosure clauses were broken within the JV agreement, they only have to pay 85% of market in the abscence of an agreed price...that's why they have taken it to court...their is a chance they could get it cheaper than PDN...
In the meantime PDN's offer just got more valuable...every cent above $4.27 makes the offer by PDN for Val shares more and more attractive...current price $4.60...but I bet you guys are watching it very closely...
Refer chart...the energy sector does its best this month and even better next...and with PDN's new uranium mine coming online in weeks...you would help us create the 3rd largest uranium miner with the first new mine in 20 yrs...PDN share price by then??...some analysts have suggested $12....realistically pick somewhere between i.e. perhaps $8.30 and your probably well in the money...and that's within a 3mth window..Vul shares have only added 12% since April 04, 2006....wouldn't you prefer a 44% markup over 12% and that's being conservative?
