Do you imagine that RTG has $6 billion or thereabouts (staged development or otherwise) to set up the mine again?
It's all irrelevant to my argument that as the owners of the company why hand over the development rights to someone else (RTG included) who has to make a profit out of it all. The current shareholders could have that profit.

Nobody will trust BCL with billions in project finance/funding when they can’t even submit their mining related licenses on time BEFORE expiry. On that technicality, BCL has given up their rights to anything at Panguna and the courts should be able to make that determination.
