I'm pointing out my opinion and state it as only that. I am also pointing out to people your opinions as previously posted and how it changes whether you hold or not. Clearly you are unhappy with that.
I'm happy enough with Gary's management and do not care that you are not going to buy back in. It would also seem our largest shareholder is also happy with Gary as they hold the decision to keep him or remove him in their hands and each year they leave him where he is. No amount of talking him down here will change their minds, so I don't see why you are even bothering.
Gary sourced the Redmoor site and the Lochinvar site, both great projects and he successfully brought on board a JV partner that is imperative for us to move forward on the Redmoor project. I do not believe the current share price has anything to do with his performance overall and going by the post I pasted from your post history, you didn't think the price drop was because of that either.
Has Gary made a few bad calls? Yes. All managers do from time to time. If he was the worlds best, he wouldn't be running NAE now would he? He brings certain skills to the table and is very strong in his areas of expertise. It is quite reassuring that the SML director fills in the rest very, very well.
I'll keep holding to see how Redmoor plays out. Hopefully we can keep hold of some of the project through to production and start to see a little revenue coming through. If he pulls that off, plenty will be back to praising his name and all the past will be long forgotten... funny how that happens.
