I imagine that all businesses that become big have backers who aren't on paper officially
Considering there are no listings in China during a time out, or HK wants $1b + companies, ASX is logical. It provides a way to list, be bigger, get capital, provide liquidity to investors (just like for Australian companies)
Problem is those people want out at some point, have to pay bills, their backers. Once escrow day arrives other people press sell, they want THEIR money, don't care about you or me if that kills the share price. So if this guy has been selling, who to? I hope the 22c investor knows he was selling or something may hit the fan
