The project is not the issue at hand it is the top 20 shareholders ability and willingness  to strangle price at 1c for more than six months.  Whilst Progress is very encouraging it is unfortunate that this type of manipulative and predatory behavior has been occurring for so long and  is still being tolerated without any type of repercussion or formal address.  The very least we can do is identify the party or individual and blacklist him from any further participation in future placements and terminate communication with him effective immediately.  You could announce a jv with bhp and as long as this parasite is active the share price wont move an inch.
