    mr market is slow to click on with this one but he will play catch up IMO.

    I see the 50/50 JV a big positive especially given its partner is owned by a major.funding will be simple IMO.

    other projects nearby 100% owned.

    it would not surprise me too see this with a MC of $40mill+
