I kind of agree with you, in that there is a lot of panic over a lowered profit guidance, and I would buy in too. However the CEO leaving abruptly raises concerns that maybe there is more bad news to come. I don't know what, they seem stable, but it is a hell of a surprise for a previous golden boy who was a 5 year star when running the US division to be ousted after 10 months in the top job.
