Also, on the write downs, I did a check on acquisition price relative to annual revenue of the companies CDD has acquired in '13 and '14, and they all come in around a multiple of 1-2. PPI came in at the lowest end actually so unless PPI's revenues have contracted markedly (or their margins) I don't really see how the accountants could justify significant write downs.
