Smartbow taken over by Zoetis

Zoetis is the worlds largest animal health company.

Smartbow signed a 3 year deal with Nanotron to distribute their state of the art ear tags for dairy farms earlier this year who had an exclusive arrangement with Zoetis.

At the Sensera investor presentation in early June, Ralph had indicated that there was rapid uptake and they were already deployed in over 400 farms.

I spoke to Zoetis in early June and they were very excited about the Nanotron eartag of which the distribution agreement is only for dairy farms but they were hoping to expand into cattle farms of which the market is 5 times larger.

Since then Smartbow has been taken over by Zoetis.

Expect rapid deployment and growth over the next 3 years. Remember the distribution agreement signed with Smartbow is for minimum takeup.

I am expecting a very bullish 4c.
