Think it will be good.

The raise of capital from 'sophisticated investors' is enough to believe that people with money were convinced.

They might sell the lot when the deal is announced. They may not.

Were they financiers who will sell them all for a quick buck and suck the life out of the announcement or ... were they friends and associates and smart money types who appreciate the long term prospects, hold the shares and therefore see the SP rise alot.

Can never tell until the trading starts....
