Can mean either:
buyers have sniffed something in the wind and still think this is a bargain with potential or
the sellers (long suffering investors) are so far under water we've bottom drawed hoping for a new dawn.........
or a bit of both. With a low free float this thing should relly fly if ever we have serious positive news.
