Check out ARQ. There are plenty of posts here. There is some disagreement about it on the forum - over its chart and otherwise, but it made over $20 million profit in 2003-2004 and appears to be trading on a PE of about 4 to 5 this year's earnings.
For what it's worth my first price targets are $2.50 and $5.00. It is currently $1.16.
