I have viewed quite a few companies shareholder lists at different registers (eg. Link, Boardroom, Automic). In summary you just need to contact the company secretary and request permission. You will then made to sign a form in regards to not disclosing information. It is not an easy thing to do as some of them like Link you cannot freely view the entire share registry you need to know the name of who you want to view. Automic on the other hand put PDF's on a screen for me. Would love for it to be in excel format but not possible.
