I think WHA partner and the fact that they have penned supply agreements with a state enterprise helps. I also think the wad of cash they raised would have silenced any questions around financial capacity.
The cred that will come with the news should be the start of a decent and ongoing re-rate. This has a market cap of approx $200m plus and potential revenues of $130m. I guess on the approval more deals will hit. I can see the company hitting the $200m in deal flow soon afterwards and that will be extremely hard for the funds to ignore. If they don’t buy this sub $2, they will end up paying anything as they climb through the ASX indexes down the track. WHA’s big deal is also bank guaranteed.

Which deal is bank guaranteed? (Honestly I can’t remember) but ISDC is not.
