Guys, SOL is a $3 billion company.
Therefore EXS is a pretty small bite for them.
They will be happy with whatever number of shares they acquire.
If they get past 90%, they get all the non cash assets for free at 19c so perhaps they may pay a tad more for the 90% level.
Either way, it is a good value investment in EXS at these distressed levels.
