    Lily .I liked the otto release saying there may be a reserve upgrade ,what they are saying i believe that there will be a reserve upgrade ,otherwise you would keep silent .A 50 percent upgrade would be very nice especially with increasing oil price .Gulf of mexico oil has a $5 dollar premium to the oil price as well
