Massive uncertainty/volatility continues re POO and also LNG. Its possible POO could rise to $40 which is 25% above current levels. But can this stop the relentless fall in WOR and trigger a rise in SP? WOR specialises in massive projects esp in oil/gas sector. My reckoning is that it will need price of crude to stay above say $50 for many months, before any new projects are signed-off. So whilst energy stks earnings react immediately to rise in energy price, WOR lags substantially even by 12 months or more. i remain pessimistic re the outlook statement in next month's interim. dyor.
