Would be good to know what the quarterly report is going to say.
Could some insiders be selling ahead of that report? Or is it just 'cause of the annual report, I have not read it, but I assume it indicates there is no chance of a dividend, except perhaps if they decide to wind the company up or sell all of its assets? As I have mentioned in the past, SLR will continue to be a high cost operator and most of its surplus will be needed for exploration and mine development (which is just fine for management and all who feed off it, but not S/H) to keep the host alive. Shareholders have to trade this doggie to make money.
One would expect SLR to move again on the usual hopium if the USD POG runs over 1400 and AUD POG moves similarly (needs the AUD to stay steady against the USD).
Could be a good opportunity to enter such golden doggies in Nov/Dec for the annual Jan/Feb hayride.
I would not expect any improvement from management - the assets are what they are and getting better ones is not that easy and takes time, money and luck.

loki (ex-shareholder SLR and interested bystander. I have no regrets here except, perhaps I should have done a lot better.)
