I don't believe that I have said that AZA is going to make a T/O of NXS.

My reply was to Kray who wrote"

explain how will a 450something mil company (AZA) bite back a 1bil company(NXS)? Please dont use the 10% something holdings AZA has in NXS shares, because thats outweighted by the 19% something holdings NXS has in AZA shares.

To that I replied that AZA has no debts and oil producing, while NXS has got plenty of it,(debt that is) and hasn't produced anything as yet.

Therefore IMHO, if AZA wanted to raise funds, it would have more success in doing so, than what NXS would.

And as for me selling NXS, I am pretty happy with that. It was nearly a five bagger for me (4.5 or a bit more I think), and after having added to my AZA holdings, (which most of them are free carry),I still have a lot of cash left.

And, IMHO, and that is all it is, My opinion, someone may come out from left field again and do another T/O of AZA.

After all, it has already happened twice and I am now waiting for the third one because someone out there appears to be interested in what they have.
