Well said bello.
I think that Jemb is still posting his views on this thread, simply because one half of him wanted to be out of the merger, and the other half didn't.
As for me, I posted on the NXS thread that I am now out of NXS, and after having kept most of my entry price out of the equation, with my profits, I bought more shares in AXA instead.
Call me stupid, but the decision has been made already. IMHO, AZA would have been a good cash cow for NXS with his future explorations and drilling but, unfortunately, NXS could not come up with the funds.
Find me one shareholder, for crying out aloud, that did own both stock (AZA and NXS that is), that wasn't in favour of the merger, lol., especially when they were only practically be getting scrips for scrips.
They simply knew that the income AZA would continuously supply NXS with for the future, would benefit NXS greatly, especialaly not having to go cap in hand all the time and/or looking for someone to farm in, that in the end, if something was good, they would extract more from their farm in agreement than what they put in.
And, most importantly, they would have got rid of someone that holds about 12% of NXS, breeding down their neck.
For someone that would be interested to upset NXS, they would simply have to do a merger or a takeover with AZA and BINGO, END OF GAME!!!!
If the merger was successfull, NXS would not have had to do so, and all of the products, if any, that they found and produced would have been for the benefit of the shareholders and not for the farminees.
The ones that were against the merger, were only the ones that hold NXS.
