maybe, but I would say it was an off market trade - there just wasnt enough stock available for that volume to go through, typically from memory it would have been marked a special XT if it were between funds. Interesting nonetheless that someone had that many for sale and more interesting to buy! The last announcement left me salivating a little - these guys release tidbits of info at a time.
