    Best I can up with is:Terry could put money in but why do so when the SP is say notionally 5/6c.Wait till absolute rock bottom and then stump up funds(share issue) at a fav discount to SP and throw in some options!

    Basically he is taking over the company by stealth,imo!

    Ore in the ground is money in the bank for miners(if one knows whats there) and whilst it doesn't suit me I see the rationale behind the agendas!
